  • What is Pretty Paper Club?

    PPC is a club designed for paper lover to receive custom paper goods. Every month, we deliver custom stationery products straight to your doorstep.

  • How does it work?

    Simply join the club and you will begin to receive a package each month.

  • How does the billing work?

    Your first box is paid for on the day you join the club. The following months you are billed on the first day of each month. Your shipment will be shipped around the 20thof each month.

  • Can I change the personalization on my cards?

    Of course! Personalization is our middle name. Simply shoot us an email at hello@prettypaperclub.comand we will update your account with your name change. You can switch it up as often as you wish! Just give us a heads up before the 1st of the month before we go into production.

  • How do I update my address or credit card information?

    Simply login in to your account and look for the ‘edit’ option. As always, we are here to help so simply send us an email at hello@prettypaperclub.comand we will help update your account.

  • Can I gift PPC to a friend?

    Yes, you can! We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 month Memberships as a gift. Simply tick 'this is a gift' at checkout. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.

  • How do I cancel?

    You can simply cancel your membership by logging into your account, all you need is your email address and password to access. Once logged in, you select to ‘edit’ and the will find the option to cancel or skip a month. You can always shoot us an email to hello@prettypaperclub.comand we are happy to assist.

  • I've cancelled my membership but I want to re-activate it.

    Simply login in to your account and under ‘Your Subscriptions’, your previously cancelled subscriptions will appear, click re-activate and your chosen membership will then be reactivated and subscribed to the next available box.   • How do I skip or pause my membership?

    Don’t worry, you can skip a box anytime via your account. However, you need to make sure you skip before the 1st of the upcoming month, to prevent payment being taken on the first of the month.
